The Bionaire BAP1700 Smokestop with Air Quality Sensor and specific tobacco smoke and odour removal filters. This unit is very similar to the BAP1700 but with the addition of a carbon filter element which adsorbs gaseous odours, traffic fumes and tobacco smoke. Added benefits are an air quality particle sensor and an 8 hour timer.

The BAP1700 smokestop utilises a state of the art air quality particle sensor to sample the room air and then act accordingly, switching the fan between low medium and high speeds based upon surrounding air quality. To set this feature up you simply set the unit to 'Auto' and it will do the rest.

New 8 Hour Timer
The BAP1700 smokestop has an 8 hour timer enabling you to run the air purifier at your convenience for up to 8 hours and automatically turn itself off when time is up.

Optimum Tobacco Smoke and Traffic Fume Removal.
Most Hepa filter units will filter out cigarette smoke to some degree, but will have virtually no effect on the removal of the associated smell. In order to remove any associated smell at all, the air purifier MUST have a carbon filter inside too. These are also known as activated charcoal filters.

The Bionaire BAP1700 Smokestop contains not one but two Hepa Filters and  two Activated Charcoal filters offering the best possible protection with regards to filtering out both the smoke particles and the associated odours which if left to settle will eventually infiltrate your clothes, fabrics and furnishings throughout the home.
