The ECO01806SQ is the only 18000Btu self install air conditioning system with Inverter Technology and Push Fit connections , meaning super efficient, economical cooling at a fraction of the cost of an identically powered professionally installed system. The indoor and outdoor units are connected by a 4mtr pipe which carries the environmentally friendly refrigerant between the units.   

Installation Is a Breeze

No prior knowledge of air conditioning or electrics required.
Because the system is Pre-Charged ( with refrigerant ) and also fully Pre-wired, installation is a breeze and can be carried out by any semi competent DIY enthusiast in around an hour or so with no prior knowledge of air conditioning or electrics required.

Simply fix the indoor unit onto the supplied wall bracket and then pass the connecting hose through a small hole in the wall to the outside. Now you only need to nip outside and connect the end to the outdoor unit using the tool free push fit connection (see the video below).  Finally, pop back inside and simply plug the unit into any normal 13amp socket and you are ready to experience full climate control at the touch of a button.

Dual Direction Air Vane Technology
The advanced airflow control provides you with maximum efficiency and a pleasant comfortable environment. In heating mode, the air vane directs warm air to the floor, allowing for a rapid and evenly distributed temperature rise. In cooling mode, the air vane directs cool air upwards, allowing for a rapid evenly distributed temperature fall.

Why is an inverter system better?
Conventional air conditioners adjust the room temperature by simply by turning the compressor on and off as required. These compressors can only run at one speed and therefore by default draw full power from your electricity supply all the time they are running. Also the start up current is around 2-3 times greater than with inverter units.

Inverter units on the other hand have variable speed compressors. The inverter unit constantly monitors and adjusts the room temperature by regulating the RPM of the compressor according to demand. This system not only uses far less electricty than conventional air conditioners, but also manages to control the temperature much more closely with less fluctuation.
