This filter incorporates both the replacement Hepa and Baking Soda/Carbon odour elements into one easy to change unit.
It is recommended that you change your filters every 6 months to maintain optimum air cleaning efficiency and prolong the life of your machine.
Note
For customers who do not require the baking soda/carbon element of this filter ( which is only needed for tobacco smoke and odour removal ) but still want full Hepa Filter protection against all other airborne contaminants and allergens, then the BAPF40-IUK Permatech Lifetime Hepa can be purchased as an alternative. The BAPF40-IUK is unique in that it can be cleaned and re-used and therefore means never having to purchase another replacement filter for your Bionaire air purifier.
