I am writing to thank you for your EXCELLENT service. I ordered a DD8L Junior dehumidifier just after 2pm on Thursday 5th January,little expecting the next day delivery service to apply to West Cornwall.I was amazed to receive an e-mail on the 6th January giving me a delivery time for that afternoon.The dehumidifier arrived just over 24 hours from my order being submitted.What a fantastic service! This is our 2nd desiccant dehumidifier,and as our old one broke a week ago it needed to be replaced ASAP, we wouldn't be without one! I cannot recommend you highly enough,many thanks.Jan Baker.

This is the most wonderful machine. I took delivery yesterday and used it in my bedroom last night. It hardly smelled so left it on all night. I didn't wake once to clear my nose , the first time in years. When I did waken, my nose was clear, no sneezing or running. Why didn't I buy one years ago. Val Marshall

It is extremely damp and with great scepticism I bought the dehumidifier ( Lofty Remcon ) The person who fitting it laughed when i explained how it worked so i didnt have much hope that it would work. I've had it now 1 year and instead of wiping the black off the walls weekly there is no sign of damp in any of the rooms its fantastic Thanks again Barbara

I recently bought a BAP1550 with Lifetime Hepa filter and I am over the moon with its performance! I have 8 rescue parrots including African Greys and Cockatoo's which can be extremely dusty. The air in the bird room now feels fresh to breathe and it has made such a difference in the amount of dust and dander I have to clean up every morning! I am really pleased. I would really recommend this Air Purifer. I would also like to thank the company for their advice, which was greatly appreciated and wonderful service. All in all extremely happy! I would definately recommend you to other parrot people!

Dear Mr Watt, Thank you for your e-mail. I have just now been able to contact the courier service and they explained that their driver 'ran out of time' for delivering. They tried to deliver the parcel today, but unfortunately I was at work, so missed them, but at least I had a phone number to contact them as they left a card. I explained that I did not feel that I should have to pay to upgrade to an AM delivery slot as I had stayed in all yesterday especially. They were very helpful, and have agreed to deliver the air purifier tomorrow morning at no extra charge. (I have arranged to work p.m.) I am really looking forward to receiving it! This arrived promptly, barely 36hrs after it was ordered. At the moment I'm very pleased with this product, which for me is a trial to see how effective it is in reducing dust particles created by pet parrots. It certainly seems to be working and depending upon how long the hepa filter lasts, I may well order more for other rooms here.

I ordered one of your blueair smokestop machines ( the 450e model ) and can honestly say I am amazed. I don't normally do the whole testimonial thing but your helpful advice and super fast delivery was a breath of fresh air ( no pun intended ) ! My husband a very inactive 78 year old is a devoted pipe smoker, which caused many many arguments in our household. I have today recieved the BAP1550 it is very stylish wont look out of place anywhere it is simple and straight forward to use great having the remote to control it in the bedroom. I will definitely be getting another unit for my living room in the near future and maybe more units for my grandchildren before the hay fever season starts next year delivery was within a day of ordering.

we bought 2 of the Airfree P60 air purifiers , one for our bedroom and the other for our sons bedroom. I suffer from Asthma and allergies and my son suffers badly with hay fever. After installing one of the units in my bedroom i noticed after only a few hours the difference it made and my wheezing just stopped at night time. Eventually I intend to purchase another 2 units for downstairs in my house. They are really amazing just wish I had discovered them years ago!

Not only did you serve me very well a year and a half ago, when I was looking at humidifiers, and came across the X-Dry, which we bought from you, and has been a great boon to us. I recall the information was good, and the order process straightforward, with goods arriving as promised.
In the past weeks, have been researching a lot around air purifiers, (after recent chest infections) and eventually found the Airfree range and reviews. Knowing there were a number of places I could order from, I also accidently found that breathing space could supply, and noting you were the original certified supplier in the UK, and personal good previous order experience, I ordered the P125 online on Sunday - this arrived as expected today, after a very efficient, clear and concise easy to use ordering process - I will make sure I recommend breathing space to anyone that is interested - you are doing a most excellent job, well done - keep it simple, concise and easy, people will remember and recommend!

I purchased an Airfree P125 Platinum from you a few weeks ago and I've been so impressed with the product that I thought that I'd drop you a line to say 'thank you'! I suffered terribly from nasel congestion, which seemed to be brought on by just about anything - dust, pollen, smoke, you name it, it seemed to cause me to clog up! It started to affect me in my late 20's and 15 years later it had worsened to the point that I couldn't get through the day without constant recourse to decongestant sprays. However, the nights were the worst - I couldn't sleep for more than a couple of hours before being startled awake with the sensation of being smothered or drowned, and no ability whatsoever to breath through my
nose. The lack of sleep was killing me. To cut a long story short, I installed the Airfree in my bedroom and I can't begin to describe the difference that it has made. It's astonishing, but for the first time in a decade I can sleep through the night with clear, easy breathing. As a consequence, I get a good night's sleep and I'm much, much more up for the day ahead. It was worth every penny and I'd recommend it to anyone with similar symptoms of congestion. Thanks again!
