Ok, then here's what you need to know in short.

What will it cost?
We have office units from as little as £10.00 per week going all the way up to £300.00 per week for industrial space coolers. The weekly rate decreases for longer term hires.

How big and noisy are they?
The most popular office portables are the 12000-14000 Btu type. Anything less powerful than this is generally considered too domestic for office use. Likewise many units above this rating can be too noisy.
We have a wide range of units to cover every eventuality - don't worry. 

Do I need to commit to a long hire period?
Absolutely not!  Be wary of small print tying you into ' 4 week minimum hire periods' etc.
With Breathing Space you can hire on a simple week to week basis. No strings.

How quickly will I receive delivery?
We usually deliver same day inside the M25 from our London Office and all other parts of the country are covered either same day or at most next working day. Our Newcastle offices also service the North East of the country on a same day basis.
 
Now the techy bit....
All portable air conditioning units have a flexible type exhaust hose to vent the warm air away from the room being cooled. ( A bit like a tumble dryer type hose ).This hose needs to be vented either out through a slightly open window or up into a false ceiling void.

Warning
Not all portables can vent into a ceiling void - our units are specially adapted to be able to do this and will not cause any harm to the fabric of the building.

Server Rooms
These are a Breathing Space specialty. Server rooms require a specific type of unit to cope with the added demands such as no windows, excess heat and cramped spaces.

Offices
Offices are the most popular rental area and generally require multiple machines dotted around the working environment to provide an even spread of cool air. Don't worry if you have no opening windows we can vent into false ceiling voids if needs be.

Beware
Beware of companies who try and get you hire 'freestanding' or 'hoseless' units. These are not air conditioners and will not cool your room. In fact these units will evaporate large amounts of water back into your room causing the atmosphere to become even more 'muggy' than it currently is unless you have all windows and doors wide open to allow the moisture to leave.

Hidden Extras.
Breathing Space do not charge hidden extras to your invoices, such as 'Compulsory Insurance'. Some companies will add as much as 10% to cover this
