These replacement particle filters are manufactured by Blueair to the same high standards that are employed in the machinery itself. Perfect seals around the inside of the filter frame ensure the dirty air is processed through the media implicitly and the perfect spacing between the filter pleats ensure an even airflow to maximise filter life and air cleaning efficiency.

What does this filter remove?

The 301P filter removes dust, pollen, bacteria, pet dander, mold spores and other airborne particles. The particle filter is made of polypropylene, which helps mechanically filter out airborne particles. To maximize filter effectiveness, particles are negatively charged by the Blueair unit before reaching the filters.

What if I also want to remove VOC's, Fumes , Odours and Gases?

There is an optional SMOKESTOP™ filter available for your Blueair 300 Series air purifier.
As well as filtering out all the pollutants mentioned above, the Smokestop filter has an additional layer made of enhanced active carbon to remove gaseous pollutants such as cigarette and cigar smoke or other VOCs (volatile organic compounds, including household paints and other chemicals). You may notice a slight odor from the enhanced active carbon when the filter is first used; this will quickly dissipate.
