Very quiet on the low setting for this bigger machine for larger rooms, just boost if needed. simple top use and easy to change filters.Very happy with service and speed of delivery.
Product - 5We've never owned an air purifier before and were thinking about getting one for our open plan living/dining room (approx. 35 sq m / 376 sq ft). Our research quickly led us to the Blueair brand. We specifically wanted something quiet, energy efficient and powerful. The 405 ticks all these boxes and more! My better half and I both suffer from really bad hayfever and I also have asthma... and since owning the 405 - we both show little to no hayfever symptoms. I've also noticed I'm actually using my inhalers less now (we've only had the unit a little over 1 week!). Our living area - in fact the whole ground floor including our kitchen and hallway (where the kitty litter is located) no longer smells stale and stuffy - it's like a window has been permanently opened! The unit is very quiet, so much so we've left it on the middle setting and hardly notice it. After reading several negative reviews about the app... I was worried it would be a nightmare to pair - but it was in fact very easy and has worked flawlessly as a remote (not much else you can do other than set up a night time schedule or lock the control panel on the device). The Blueair Classic 405 is an amazing bit of kit (the performance test results speak for themselves) and comes with a 5 year warranty meaning Blueair clearly stand by their products! To me it's a no brainer!

Product - 5Only had for just over a week. So far so good - Good looking, well built and most importantly does the job. Basic but "does what it says on the tin." Excellent service from Breathing Space. Will buy a smaller one for small bedroom.
Product - 5The Purifier works well, but the App is not as easy as suggested, and I am unable to link with my iPhone despite numerous attempts - the Wifi link does not come up accurately although it does half appear!!.

Product - 5Product arrived promptly and after some initial difficulties getting it linked to our iPad it seems to be working well. My wife has suffered from asthma and is very sensitive to pollens. This has lead to persisting coughs,particularly at night. From day one this was hugely improved with the unit running. Whether this is psychological or a true effect would need a scientific examination, but either way I am happy with the outcome. If I have a reservation, I am not sure how we will cope with very hot summer weather as being in a cottage we need maximum ventilation. I would pay more if it could be linked to a cooling system. Unit is very quiet on first two fan speeds.
