Did you know that 1 in 3 adults with Asthma have missed a day of work because of their symptoms? The air quality in your workplace can really affect both your productivity and your health. Even those without asthma or allergies suffer a lack of concentration, from fatigue, headaches and lethargy in offices with stuffy air.
So why does office air get so stuffy? Well apart from people, photo copiers actually created charged particles, there are volatile compounds from computer monitors and pollution blown in from outside, all of these particles are bad for our health. Bacteria, mould spores and dust mite faeces can build up on surfaces and carpets, and can cause allergy symptoms.
