One hour time slot as standard. When you place an online order with us you will be sent an Email as soon as your parcel is on its way. You will then receive an update from the courier advising you of the delivery date and your one hour time slot.

If your allotted delivery time or day is not convenient, you have the option to change it to another day or change your time slot directly with the courier (additional charges may apply for this). 

You can also instruct the courier to leave your parcel with a neighbour or in a safe place at no extra charge.

Orders received by 4pm Monday to Friday are shipped same day on a 24hr courier (Express Shipping £5.95) or 48hr courier (Free).

Orders received after 4pm will be shipped the following day. Next day delivery relates to working days (Mon-Fri) only unless Saturday delivery is chosen at checkout. 

Orders placed after 4pm on a Friday or over the weekend are shipped on Monday.

Occasionally our 4pm cut off can be stretched a little, so if it is not long after 4pm and you are in desperate need of a next day delivery, give us a call and we will see what we can do.

If the courier has not left our warehouse yet we can often ask them to hold on a few moments whilst we put together a last minute shipment.
