Covid-19 Trading Update
With the emergence of the COVID-19 pandemic, our priorities have been to safeguard the health and wellbeing of our work colleagues and family whilst maintaining our normal business operations as closely as possible. This includes the direct supply of essential air purification equipment to the NHS, the UK government and directly to the public in homes all across the UK.
Breathing Space is a genuine family business, all the staff not only work together, but also isolate at home together too. This has enabled us to continue running the day to day business throughout this crisis with minimal interruption so far. As long as stocks prevail and the courier companies are still delivering, we will continue to provide our normal services for as long as we can.
Our website is currently operating as normal and still adhering to the usual delivery timetable listed below. Orders placed online before 4pm Monday to Friday will be dispatched on the same day for next working day delivery (Mon-Fri), Saturday deliveries are also available at checkout.
It is with regret that we have had to close our showroom to visitors at this time, however we look forward to welcoming our customers back through the doors again soon.
We do love to talk to our customers and this is something we are very proud of in this day and age where it is often difficult to get good honest, human advice over the telephone. However, currently we are not able to answer all telephone calls as quickly as we would like. Due to the to the sharp increase in demand for air purifiers and replacement filters, our priority at the moment has to be to fulfill all online orders as fast as possible. If you have an urgent question and cannot get through on the telephone, the best way to get an answer is to send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will definitely respond to you as quickly as we can.
Given the rapidly changing situation we may have to shape our business operations slightly differently, but any changes will be reflected here on a daily basis.

Timed Delivery Notification as standard - No More Waiting At Home All Day!
When you place an online order with us you will be sent an Email alert letting you know your parcel has been shipped along with additional tracking details sent right to your inbox. This Email will not only tell you the delivery day, but more importantly it will detail what time your parcel will be delivered to within an hour. Knowing the status of your delivery at any one time means you can now rush the kids to school or pop out to the shops safe in the knowledge that you will not miss the delivery driver.
Orders received by 4pm Monday to Friday are shipped same day on a 24hr courier(Express) or 48hr (Free). Orders received after 4pm will be shipped the following day to arrive 24hrs/48hrs after that. Please note that next day delivery relates to working days only. Orders placed before the 4pm cut off on a Friday will be delivered on the Monday. Orders placed after 4pm on a Friday and over the weekend will be shipped on the Monday to arrive on the Tuesday.
Should you require a timed delivery or live outside mainland UK don't worry , we can do that too, however our couriers do impose a small surcharge for certain areas and these are explained clearly above.
Change Your Delivery Day Online
If your allotted delivery time /day is suddenly no longer convenient, then you have the option to change it to another day or even another address directly from the Email that you have been sent. Total flexibility designed to enable you to get on with life's more important issues.
All services are currently running on time with no adverse weather affecting deliveries.
The Postcodes below require two day service and cost an additional £13.95 - £16.95 carriage charge. Saturday delivery service is not available for these postcodes.
