HEPASilent™ Technology
DustMagnet™ uses Blueair's unique HEPASilent™ technology, which allows the air purifiers to deliver more clean air with less noise and less energy. This technology combines electrostatic and mechanical filtration to remove 99,97% of airborne particles such as allergens, dust, pollen, dander, viruses & bacterias, mold, VOCs, and odors. The activated natural carbon effectively removes VOCs, chemicals, and unpleasant household odors.

Auto Mode / Stepless fan speed operation
Selecting Auto mode means that your air purifier will automatically adjust when pollution levels creep up. With stepless, variable-speed operation, the fan increases smoothly to the right speed based on the sensor readings and slows down when the air is clean again. This ensures that your air purifier is always running at the perfect speed needed to maintain the air purity in your home.
Accurate filter life calculation
DustMagnet™ uses a proprietary algorithm to accurately calculate the filter lifetime based on usage and pollution levels, ensuring continuous high particle and VOC removal. The filter can last to a maximum of one year. When it is time to replace the filter, the filter indicator on the unit and the Blueair app will send you a notification.
Pre-filters attracts dust like a magnet
Unique to the DustMagnet™ air purifier are the two stainless steel pre-filters that are constantly being positively charged, that effectively attract dust particles just like a magnet. The pre-filters are also cleanable, to significantly extend the lifetime of the main filter.

Thanks to our proprietory HEPASilent™ filtration technology, DustMagnet™ cleans the air quieter than a whisper 29 dB(A) on the lowest setting and normal conversation 45 dB(A) on the highest.

Easy air quality sensor and LED-indicator
The Auto mode function with a smart sensor monitors real-time air quality conditions and auto-adjusts to optimize performance ensuring clean air in your home. Air quality is measured by the concentration of fine particles (PM2.5) in your indoor air. DustMagnet is equipped with a LED air quality indicator (AQI) using a 5 color-scale to identify air quality conditions as excellent (blue), good (green), moderate (yellow), polluted (orange) or very polluted (red).
Connected Experience with Blueair app
Designed with smart features like Clean air ETA and real-time pollutant tracking, you can be sure your air is always clean. As a user you will have a visual reassurance of the air cleaning progress and estimated time until the air in the room is clean, all thanks to Blueair uniquely developed algorithm that’s tracking multiple parameters in real time. You will also have a dedicated Filter page in the app that will always display filter lifetime and it will guide you on how to order a new filter and how to replace it. With Welcome home feature, the air purifier will start cleaning the air when you are close to getting home in order to welcome you to a healthy home environment, whilst saving energy by not working all day.
