These replacement Smokestop filters are manufactured by Blueair to the same high standards that are employed in the machinery itself. Perfect seals around the inside of the filter frame ensure the dirty air is processed through the media implicitly and the perfect spacing between the filter pleats ensure an even airflow to maximise filter life and air cleaning efficiency.

What does this filter remove?

The F301SMW filter removes all the usual dust, pollen, bacteria, pet dander, mold spores and other airborne particles but in addition to that the Smokestop filter has an additional layer made of enhanced active carbon to remove gaseous pollutants such as cigarette and cigar smoke or other VOCs (volatile organic compounds, including household paints and other chemicals). You may notice a slight odor from the enhanced active carbon when the filter is first used; this will quickly dissipate.
