Everything here is either an open box return (opened, unused, sent back before it left home) or genuine warehouse stock that's been sitting a bit too long for our liking. Nothing here is faulty, refurbished or second hand. It's all brand new kit, just not always brand new packaging.

Every item is fully tested and comes with the full manufacturer's warranty, exactly as if you'd bought it at full price. If anything ever goes wrong, we'll sort it the same way we always do.

As these are one-off, reduced items, outlet purchases are non-returnable. Have a read of the description and photos before you buy, and give us a shout first if you're not sure an item's right for you. We're always happy to talk it through.
