Most robot vacuums mop by dragging a damp pad across the floor. The Z60 Ultra Roller Complete does something fundamentally different. It uses a roller mop that continuously receives fresh water while simultaneously removing dirty water in real time, so it is always mopping with clean water rather than pushing the same dirty water around. For homes with hard floors, pets, or anything that needs more than a quick once-over, that distinction matters.
28,000 Pa and a roller that fluffs itself clean
The TurboForce 8 motor runs at 28,000 Pa, the highest suction in the MOVA range and among the most powerful robot vacuums available. The TroboWave DuoBrush pairs a pure rubber brush for hard floors with a rubber-bristle brush for carpet, with a cantilevered spiral design that channels hair away from the roller rather than letting it wrap. The roller mop itself is continuously fluffed during cleaning to lift fibres and maintain consistent contact with the floor, which MOVA says delivers 30% more cleaning efficiency on dried-on stains compared to a standard flat mop.
HydroForce mopping: clean water in, dirty water out
Rather than mopping from a static tank of water that gets progressively dirtier, the Z60 uses a 12-nozzle real-time spray system that pushes fresh water onto the roller while removing dirty water simultaneously. The result is that the last corner of your floor is cleaned with water that is just as clean as the first pass. The base station washes the roller with water heated to 80°C after every session, with additional temperature settings at room temperature, 45°C, and 60°C depending on how thorough a clean the mop needs.
AutoShield carpet protection
When the robot detects a carpet it does not just lift the mop and carry on. The AutoShield system retracts the mop and deploys a physical moisture barrier to prevent any water transfer onto the rug while maintaining full suction and side brush rotation throughout. The LiftPro chassis also raises the entire body of the robot to glide over shaggy or high-pile rugs rather than dragging across them.
Climbs 8cm obstacles
StepMaster 2.0 uses a retractable robotic leg system to physically stride over steps, door tracks, raised thresholds, and U-shaped furniture legs up to 8cm high. The V50 manages 6cm, which handles most homes well. The Z60 covers the remainder, including older properties with more pronounced floor level changes between rooms or external door tracks.
Sees what other robots miss
The binocular AI camera system identifies over 200 types of obstacle including cables, shoes, toys, and pet waste, so you do not need to clear the floor before every run. The FlexScope navigation sensor retracts to 96mm to slide under low furniture and extends in open areas for full 360-degree mapping. Side-edge laser navigation ensures the robot cleans right along walls and into corners without bumping into furniture.
DuoSolution for pet homes
Two separate solution compartments in the base station hold an all-purpose cleaner and a dedicated pet odour formula. The robot draws from whichever is appropriate for the area it is cleaning, dispensing automatically. If you have pets, this is the feature that makes a noticeable difference to how the house actually smells after a clean rather than just how it looks.
